Angela
and Glen Galen, owners of The Antique Market have been collectors of
antiques and vintage wares for more
than 20 years. They began offering antiques for sale through other antique malls
until 1996 and found the antiques and collectibles trade so enjoyable
that Angela wanted to focus on it
full time. In May 2002, they opened The Antique Market.
Angela
and Glen's original business was Angel's Glen Antiques and
they continue to market their antiques under that name at their shop. They
offer a variety of primitive American antiques from their travels to
New England and a nice selection of English and French period pieces that
will inspire the decor of your home or office.
An extensive assortment of unique collectibles, costume jewelry, clocks
and lamps can always be found at The Antique Market.
The Galens also create custom handcrafted lamps from a variety of antique items such as silverplated
coffeepots, old tea kettles, coffee and meat grinders, bubblegum m achines, and
tobacco tins. They
also carry a selection of new replacement lamp parts such as chimneys,
shades, tripods, galleries, electric burners, prisms, candle covers and
unique hard-to-find light bulbs. The Antique Market also
offers shoppers antique lamp repair and restoration services at an
affordable price.
Happy Valley Antiques

Glen Estep, owner of Happy Valley Antiques has been collecting and
enjoying antiques for nearly
20 years. He has only recently decided to share his interesting and varied
collection of fine American primitive furniture and small collectibles.
Specializing
in unique and unusual American and European furnishings, at Happy
Valley Antiques, you'll find a predominance of exceptional oak furniture,
the quality of which is outstanding.
Sporting Treasures

Joyce and Jack Tapscott, owners of Sporting Treasures,
join The Antique Market as dealers of unique sporting
memorabilia. Backed by many years of experience, Sporting
Treasures offers a wide selection of antique and vintage
prints and lithographs depicting various sporting activities including
hunting, fishing, and team sports.
Examples of sports equipment are also featured. There is also an
exceptional selection of antique carved duck decoys as well as factory
produced examples. An array of unique "lodge" style furnishing and mounted
trophies provide that perfect accent piece for your lake cottage or
mountain cabin.
